Are you ready for The Artist’s Way?

1 Time Commitment: I can realistically commit 8-10 hours per week (including a 1.5 hour weekly session) to this process

2 Daily Practice: I’m willing to establish a daily morning pages practice, even on days when it feels difficult or inconvenient

3 Spiritual Openness: I’m open to exploring concepts of a higher power, creative energy, or spiritual connection (however I define it), even if it initially feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable

4 Group Sharing: I’m comfortable sharing my creative experiences, insights, and challenges in a supportive group setting

5 Purpose & Boundaries: I understand this is a creative recovery program, not therapy, and I have appropriate support in place for processing any deeper emotional issues that may arise

6 Flexibility & Curiosity: I’m willing to try exercises and experiments that may feel unfamiliar or outside my comfort zone

7 Consistency: I can commit to attending weekly sessions regularly and will communicate if I need to miss one

8 Self-Nurturing (Artist Dates): I’m willing to prioritise weekly solo creative ‘dates’ with myself as part of this process

9 Creative Identity: I’m ready to examine and potentially challenge my existing beliefs about my creativity and what’s possible for me

10 Support System: I have people in my life who will support (or at least not actively undermine) this creative journey
